Because right now, you’re juggling client work, team decisions, projects, partnerships, content, planning what’s next… and somehow keeping up with everything that’s already happening too.
You know you need an extra pair of hands.
Then you start thinking:
“Okay, but what exactly would I delegate?”
Start with the work that is important but doesn’t need your personal input.
You don’t have to delegate the work you love first.
You don’t have to hand over your biggest responsibilities immediately.
Start with the tasks that take up your time, happen repeatedly, and could be completed properly by someone else with the right information and access.
A simple way to identify them is to ask:
What do I keep putting off?
What do I repeat every week?
What takes time but doesn’t require my decision?
What am I only doing because I’ve always done it?
Those are usually the best places to start.
Because the point of having an EA isn’t to keep coming up with things for them to do.
It’s having someone who can take ownership of parts of the work and keep things moving, while you have more room for the things that need you.

Who am I? Why am I here?
Three years into freelancing, I almost walked away from all of it.
I had a client, a small business owner who had saved up for months to finally get a website built. She trusted me completely. Paid upfront. Sent me her whole vision in a voice note at 11pm because she was too excited to wait until morning.
And I delivered something average.
Not bad. Not broken. Just.... average. The kind of website that does the job but doesn't do anything for the person who owns it. She said thank you. Paid the final invoice. And I knew in my gut she deserved better.
That moment didn't leave me for weeks.
I could have moved on to the next job. Most people do. Instead I went back, redesigned three key pages, rewrote the structure, fixed things she didn't even know were wrong, and sent it to her without charging a penny more.
She cried on the call.
Not because the website was fancy. But because for the first time it actually felt like her.
That was the moment I stopped thinking about websites as deliverables and started thinking about them as something that represents a real person, a real dream, real money someone worked hard for.
That's who I am. That's why I'm here.
I'm Mirza Abbas, a senior web designer specialising in Webflow and Framer. I've spent 8 years building websites for brands across different industries and continents. But the work that keeps me going isn't the big projects or the impressive client names.
It's that moment when a client looks at what we've built and says:
“Yes. That's exactly what I had in my head.”
That's the feeling I'm chasing.
And that's the kind of work I'm here to do.
Going back and fixing it without charging more is the kind of thing that defines a career. That client will never forget you, and neither will your future self.
AI made being “busy” a lot less impressive.
Anyone can now:
Draft an email in seconds.
Summarize a meeting instantly.
Research a prospect.
Create a first draft.
Build a basic spreadsheet.
Turn notes into action items.
So I think the value of great support is changing.
It’s becoming less about:
“Can you do this task?”
And more about:
“Can I trust you to figure out what needs to happen next?”
That means judgment.
Prioritization.
Communication.
Follow-through.
Knowing when AI is useful — and when a human needs to step in.
The people who combine those skills with AI are going to be incredibly valuable.
