Candidate Application → Data Extraction → Airtable → AI Resume Screening → Candidate Scoring → Shortlisting → Interview Scheduling → Team Notifications → Reporting
The AI can analyze candidate information against the job requirements, identify relevant skills and experience, generate structured summaries, and help route applications based on predefined hiring criteria.
The workflow can also automate candidate status updates, interview scheduling, hiring-team notifications, rejection/shortlist emails, and recruitment analytics.
For better reliability, the system includes logging and monitoring around AI calls, making it easier to trace executions, identify workflow errors, and monitor AI processing without unnecessarily exposing sensitive candidate content.
