Regan Roofing, a small roofing contractor, sought to improve their local visibility and lead generation through SEO. Their website had minimal content, poor keyword targeting, and almost no backlinks. I began with a full technical and on-page SEO audit, optimized service pages with geo-targeted keywords. Local citations were built consistently, and we launched a content strategy focused on seasonal roofing issues and FAQs. Over six months, their organic traffic grew steadily, increasing by over 900%. Key service pages began ranking on the first page for competitive local keywords. The client reported a noticeable uptick in calls and form submissions.

Client Problem
The business was investing heavily in Google Ads but needed a more efficient way to generate consistent, high-intent enquiries.
The main challenges were:
High acquisition costs
Inconsistent lead generation
Budget being spent on lower-value opportunities
Need to generate more enquiries without simply increasing ad spend
Lack of a scalable structure for local service demand
What I Did Different
I focused the campaign around high-intent local searches and continuously shifted budget toward the services, locations, keywords and search terms that were producing stronger conversion signals. I also reduced wasted spend by filtering irrelevant search traffic and refined the account around actual lead-generation actions rather than optimizing purely for traffic volume.
Then:
Instead of chasing more traffic, I focused on getting more value from the existing advertising budget. Performance data was reviewed regularly to identify weak areas, control wasted spend and scale the segments that were consistently generating conversions.
