I didn’t build this to play nice with traditional broker fees. 🚀
For a long time, I’ve wanted to build a platform that solves a massive, real-world headache for independent small business owners. When an independent owner decides to liquidate assets or transition their business, they are often forced to hand over a massive 10% to 12% of their lifetime payout to traditional business brokers—just to facilitate the transaction safely.
So, I sat down at the keyboard and engineered a direct, secure, and automated escrow alternative from the ground up: MYBIZISYOURBIZ.COM
I bypassed the heavy frameworks and built the entire application using a clean, vanilla technical stack (HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript) hooked into a robust infrastructure suite using Supabase, Magic Link authentication, and Cloudflare.
To protect sensitive financial records from web scrapers and predatory brokers, I built the active directory behind a secure authentication wall.

The application is officially live and active. Because I believe in building in public and constantly refining my engineering, I am looking for tech leaders, business owners, and developers to step inside the terminal and break it.

The Story — From scattered DMs to Sanidos
Sanidos is my independent art and commission business. Before this build, potential clients discovered my work online, but managing the business meant endless DMs, repeated pricing questions, manual enquiries, meeting coordination, deadlines, progress updates, and scattered client information.
I didn’t just need a prettier portfolio.
I needed a better way to run my art business.
So, with Base44, I built one.
The Product — Enter the Gallery. Make It Yours.
Sanidos is now a live, published, and mobile-responsive digital art studio built entirely with Base44.
Visitors can experience my work through four distinct artistic worlds—Chandai, In Motion, Odyssey, and Tailored—before moving seamlessly from discovering my art to commissioning something of their own.
It is not a prototype or a mockup. It is the new digital home of the art business I am actively trying to grow.
The Automation — More time for art. Less time on admin.
Underneath the immersive gallery is a connected commission-management system.
Clients can enter their requirements, estimate commission prices, submit enquiries, book meetings, receive automated email confirmations, and track the progress of their artwork.
On my end, every enquiry becomes easier to manage through a private Admin Dashboard that brings together leads, commissions, appointments, messages, deadlines, revenue, and business insights.
What was once:
DM → repeated questions → manual scheduling → scattered information → constant progress enquiries
is now:
Discover → Estimate → Enquire → Notify → Approve → Schedule → Manage → Track → Deliver.
The Impact — Building the business I want Sanidos to become
This challenge gave me the chance to solve a problem I experience firsthand: the more time an independent artist spends managing the business, the less time they have to create.
Base44 helped me build more than a beautiful website. It helped me connect my portfolio, customer experience, automation, and business management into one working system.
What began as a glow-up became the digital infrastructure for the art business I’m trying to grow.
I didn’t just build Sanidos a better website.
I built myself more time to create.

One of our team members in Greece introduced us to a small family-run restaurant that had built a wonderful reputation in their local community but had no digital presence.
When we sat down with the owners, they shared something that really stayed with us: they had always dreamed of having a digital presence, but they simply didn't know where to begin.
So we introduced them to Base44, walked them through the entire process, and built a website for them completely free.
Today, their customers can easily discover the restaurant online, browse the menu, and make reservations through a website that truly reflects the warmth and character of their family business.
The joy and gratitude on their faces reminded us why we love doing what we do. Knowing that a simple website could help a hardworking family reach more people and grow their business was incredibly rewarding.
Sometimes, small businesses don't need a complete transformation.
They just need someone willing to help them take that first digital step.

Just wrapped: brand strategy + copywriting for Start Up Scene's website redesign 🇦🇪
Start Up Scene helps founders and investors set up companies in Dubai navigating 60+ government agencies, trade licenses, visas, and residency. My job was to give that process a voice.
What I delivered:
Brand positioning & tone of voice (the "trusted advisor" archetype calm, precise, bilingual)
Messaging framework: mission, vision, core promise, taglines, CTAs
Full website copy for the redesign of home, services, about, headlines
Vocabulary system (words to use / words to avoid) so every touchpoint sounds consistent
The goal: make a category full of "hassle-free solutions" jargon sound instead like a firm that's actually read your file before you sat down.
