While I was in the Air Force, I was stationed at Peterson Air Force Base, and I was tasked with making a PSA reminding military members as well as the general public that lived outside our base what the difference in meaning was between steady tone and wavering tone played over the base public announcement system. (Every time a weekly test was performed, people would call my office asking if we were being attacked.) This is generally a boring subject that people stop paying attention to within 5 seconds, but we wanted to make sure the message was memorable. In a brainstorm session, someone said "why don't we have someone sing the tones?" which was pure genius. Within in 15 minutes, I had a script written. I play the presenter and my co-worker plays the singer. Our base mascot was "Mike the Knight."
