The template is structured to work with an existing Master Services Agreement and helps establish clear expectations for each engagement. It includes sections for scope of services, deliverables, project milestones, acceptance criteria, compensation, client and provider responsibilities, assumptions, dependencies, and change management.

The goal was to create a practical, reusable project document that supports consistent contract administration, reduces scope ambiguity, and provides a clear framework for managing project expectations and changes.
