Description : Running a small business is hard, I am helping acquiring new customer easy and experience effortless.
Velofit is an athletic fitness brand by Marcus in New York. As a small business owner, he has already plenty of things to take care off. From marketing, to sales, to answer customer enquiries it's a lot of work. Answering each customer queries take a lot of manual work, and by then many customers get turned off.
So, I have designed a booking system through which there will be least manual work. I have tried to remove any friction a customer can have in the process of purchase and in decision making.
When a customer says "Can I book?" the new lovable website says Yes, go ahead and book trial session, without any worry. If you have any questions, just ask Mira, our Ai companion, who can answer all your questions via chat or call. She can help understanding the plans, choosing a plan, managing a plan or any other questions you have.
Ready to make a bigger commitment ? Purchase any plan and start booking your sessions as per your availability. There is no need of going back and forth.
The experience should stay friction-less even after purchasing a plan. There is no need to contact customer care for reminders, confirmations, re-scheduling or cancelling any sessions. Everything is at your fingertip inside your profile.
