Startup Bakery Business Management Workspace.
Project Overview
I designed and built a centralised Notion workspace for a startup bakery to simplify daily operations and keep important business information organised in one place.
The workspace brings together essential business functions, including:
Task & Project Management: Organising daily responsibilities and tracking business activities.
Order & Client Management: Keeping customer information and order details accessible.
Inventory Management: Monitoring stock and keeping track of essential supplies.
Content Planning: Organising marketing ideas and scheduling content.
Business Operations: Managing processes, SOPs and important business resources.
The Goal:
To create a simple, functional and easy-to-navigate system that helps bakery owners manage different aspects of their business without having to juggle multiple disconnected tools.

Bakery of Tomorrow — Old Craft, New Machines
What would tomorrow’s bakery look like through the eyes of a nineteenth-century illustrator? I used the kneading scene from “Het bakkersbedrijf” (1865–1875), an anonymous public-domain print in the Rijksmuseum collection, to create a custom V4 style in Recraft. My six-image series reimagines bakery work through robot bakers, drone deliveries, automated cake decorating, holographic ordering, autonomous bread carts, and a robotic collection hatch. I kept the muted colours and fine printed texture to connect familiar bakery traditions with unfamiliar technology.

I collaborated as a Staff Product Designer on Homebase, working through the Hakuna studio.
