The “Stop the hiring headaches” + “Stop guessing. Start hiring smarter.” combo is strong, if you tighten the subcopy to spell out 2–3 hard outcomes (time-to-hire, quality, cost), that hero will sell itself. I’d also test bolder contrast on the stats strip and tool-integration...
