Problem solved: People reaching out after a separation used to get Dana's voicemail while she was in court. Now they can book a consult in under 2 minutes, day or night, and Dana makes no phone calls.
The client: Dana Whitford is a solo family lawyer. She's in court Tuesday and Thursday mornings, so calls go to voicemail and phone tag eats her week. 30% of consults no-show. Every new client needs a conflict-of-interest check before she can confirm them, and rural clients in Sylvan Lake, Innisfail and Olds want video.
What I built in Lovable (Avason Systems Law Portal):
• Clients choose a free 15-min phone screen or a $150 consult, then phone, video or in person. They only see open times, with court mornings and weekends blocked.
• An automatic conflict check runs against opposing parties. Clear bookings confirm right away, and possible matches go to Dana for one-click approval.
• Confirmations, 24h/2h reminders, one-tap rescheduling and lead follow-ups all send on their own.
• When someone cancels, the slot is offered to matching waitlist clients.
• Dana gets a 7 a.m. morning brief and a dashboard of time saved. In the demo that's 13.2 hrs/week, with no-shows down from 30% to 14%.

Love that Dana only sees the tricky ones.
