A few months ago, during a casual hangout at a local coffeeshop, a friend who working at a local community bank (BPR Indonesia) started venting about their operational headaches. They were still using paper logs to manage staff attendance across scattered branch offices. It was a massive time sink, prone to "buddy-punching" fraud, and a nightmare for compliance audits.
With today’s tech and AI capabilities, and also as a developer, I couldn't just sit back. I knew I could solve this. leverage intelligent, modern tech to solve this friction.
Finally 🧠, we ended up collaborating to solve that exact problem. I built a secure, enterprise-grade attendance system bridging a #Flutter mobile app, an #Express/PostgreSQL backend, and a real-time HR admin command center.

Amazing how a coffee chat led to such a practical solution—how's the transition from paper logs been for them so far?
For this challenge, I'm excited to share this first glimpse at an AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) app, named after my own non-speaking son whose name just happens to have the letters "aac" in his name! You'll meet him in the first half of the video.
The idea for a new AAC app that used animated characters to speak the words came to me during my first few weeks of learning Rive, and I'm so happy that this challenge has pushed me to make a considerable amount of progress and be able to show some of the features that set it apart, besides the fun interactive characters.
The ability to quickly add and remove words, quick phrases, easy to read icons, and intuitive categories, are all part of the app experience, and the characters (starting with just a couple ready-made characters, but eventually a custom avatar builder) bring an element of fun to the otherwise purely functional world of AAC.
When it's ready, I hope this app makes it easier and more fun for families, caregivers, and language-delayed people everywhere to communicate with each other.

🚗 I gave a local Colorado Springs business a digital glow-up.
When I found ZZ Mobile Detailing, I saw a business with an outstanding reputation—4.9⭐ with hundreds of happy customers—but like many small businesses, much of the customer journey still depended on calls, texts, and manual scheduling.
I wanted to build something that would actually help them save time and create a better experience for their customers.
So I built a complete mobile-first business platform in Base44.
Before
Customers contacted the business through calls or messages.
Scheduling and lead management were handled manually.
No centralized customer portal.
No automated follow-ups or review requests.
No AI to answer common questions after hours.
After
The new platform includes:
✅ Premium responsive website
✅ AI Detail Advisor that recommends the right detailing package
✅ Online booking with vehicle profiles
✅ Customer portal with appointment history
✅ Owner dashboard for managing leads, customers, and bookings
✅ Automated booking confirmations
✅ Appointment reminders
✅ Follow-up messages after each service
✅ Automated Google review requests
✅ Rebooking reminders to encourage repeat business
Instead of simply building a website, the goal was to create a tool that helps the business operate more efficiently while delivering a better customer experience.
One of my favorite features is the AI Detail Advisor, which guides customers to the right package based on their vehicle, goals, and detailing needs before they even book.
Building this project reinforced something I love about AI-powered development: when combined with thoughtful product design, you can create software that genuinely helps local businesses grow.
