I built Soft Arrival, a newborn photography studio in Austin, around one simple problem:
Parents often want to book before their baby is born, but nobody knows the exact arrival date yet.
Instead of making them guess a session date, Soft Arrival lets them reserve a flexible Newborn Window around their due date.
Once the baby arrives, they tap “Baby’s Here”, enter the arrival date, and instantly get the best available session times.
For Sophie, the photographer, that means far less back-and-forth, fewer calendar changes, and almost no manual scheduling.
The whole idea is simple:
Due date → reserve a window → baby arrives → choose a session → booked.
Because babies don’t arrive by appointment.

The app creates their Zoom meeting, sends their confirmation, schedules reminders, and lets them reschedule or cancel.

With Lovable, I built around how I actually work: consultations Tuesday through Thursday, a maximum of three calls a day, and buffers between appointments. The app handles those rules while keeping booking simple.

Baking the Tuesday to Thursday, three calls max rule right into the app is the smartest part of this imo. Most booking tools make you bend around them. Have clients noticed the limits or does it just quietly feel like you're in demand?

So I rebuilt his booking flow in @Lovable : live pricing from real car condition, gate codes and access info captured up front, and one-click rain-day rescheduling.
Inquiry → booked, zero back-and-forth.
