We are looking for a Paid Media & Marketing Ops Specialist to manage all paid advertising and marketing infrastructure across two related businesses: a $6.5M+ property care company (Google Ads, Meta, Local Service Ads) and a growing B2B SaaS platform for field service businesses (LinkedIn Ads, Meta retargeting).

This is a full-time, long-term engagement position.

What we're looking for:

- 3+ years managing paid media with $5K+/mo budgets

- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and ideally LinkedIn Ads

-Hands-on GTM, analytics, and dashboard experience

-CRM configuration experience (HubSpot preferred)

-Strong English — written and verbal

- Daily use of AI tools for ad copy, research, and analysis

- Available during EST business hours (minimum 6 hours overlap
