In this series, Parisian cafés reappear as liminal spaces — half social, half spectral. Figures sit together, yet some are no longer alive; they dissolve into the paper, merge with trees, or glow faintly beneath the surface of color. The technique mirrors the theme. Created in digital watercolor and mixed media, each image layers ink wash textures, soft-edge blending, and transparent glazes over a grainy paper base. The pigments bleed like time itself — unpredictable, spreading through invisible cracks in memory.
