🎬 Building a Digital Sanctuary: SPRe® Somatic Portal Case Study
Most therapeutic and medical websites actively trigger physiological stress in the very clients they are trying to support.
When a user is suffering from trauma, anxiety, or chronic physical pain, landing on a bright, text-dense, over-stimulating page causes immediate cognitive input fatigue.
For our latest case study, we completely re-engineered the digital entry point for SPRe® Somatic Personal Resonance & Education, a clinical bodywork practice, to actively begin the healing process before the client ever books a session.
🎨 The Design Architecture
We stripped away corporate health cliches and built a low-stimulation Digital Sanctuary:
Obsidian Midnight (#0B0D14) Baseline: Deep, restorative, low-glare canvas color that protects the user's nervous system from high-contrast screen shock.
Warm Earthy Bronze Gold (#C5A880) Accents: Gentle, grounding organic highlights that guide focal paths without flashing.
The Living Concentric Pacer: A kinetic visual respiratory guide on the page, helping clients calm their vagus nerve pressure in real-time.
Interactive Body Tension Map: An intuitive symptom check-in that replaces complex typing fields with localized physical mapping nodes.
🛠️ The Operational Shift (Designing for Staff + Clients)
A premium design must serve the business operations as smoothly as it serves the patient's eyes.
By integrating a low-friction pre-session check-in directly into the interactive portal, clients can visually pin-point their bodily blocks (Head, Chest, Shoulders) on a minimalist silhouette before their first touch. This frees up the first 15 minutes of in-office clinical time, bypassing onboarding cognitive fatigue.

All tattoos, paintings, and artwork shown belong to Andrea and Fernando of Riley Taylor Tattoo Studio. Client demonstrations use fictional data to protect privacy.

I gave a local Surulere restaurant the online glow-up it deserves 🔥
Rutz Restaurant has been serving delicious Nigerian meals in Surulere for years, but like many small businesses, they had almost no functional online presence — just an old, inactive Facebook page with no way for customers to easily book a table or get information.
So I built them a fully designed, mobile-responsive website on Base44 featuring:
✅ A beautiful “table glow” experience that captures the warm, cozy vibe of the restaurant
✅ An AI Superagent that answers menu questions, location info, and helps guide bookings
✅ A working Table Reservation system that sends instant WhatsApp notifications to the restaurant and confirmation to the customer
This isn’t just a pretty website — it’s a practical tool that can actually help them get more bookings and reduce time spent on calls and DMs.
Before → After transformation:
Old: No easy way to book or get information
New: Professional presence + real automation that works 24/7
