CoverageIQ is a compliance workspace built for contractors and property managers. It connects projects, insurance requirements, vendors, document collection, document analysis, and compliance status in one workflow.

A contractor can:

• Create a project and define its insurance requirements • Add subcontractors/vendors • Generate a secure vendor upload link • Collect insurance documents • Analyze submitted coverage information • Compare detected coverage against project-specific requirements • See exactly which requirements are satisfied, missing, or insufficient • Monitor vendor compliance from a live dashboard • Identify documents and policies that need attention

The core idea is simple:

Instead of treating an insurance certificate as a file that needs to be stored, CoverageIQ turns it into a decision the contractor can act on.

The most important product experience is the requirement-vs-reality comparison. For example, if a project requires $1M in General Liability but a submitted certificate shows $500K, CoverageIQ surfaces the shortfall instead of making the contractor manually interpret the document and spreadsheet the result.

I focused on making the workflow understandable, actionable, and realistic rather than building another generic AI chatbot. The goal is to reduce the manual effort involved in figuring out which vendors actually meet project requirements.

Built as a full web application with a production deployment and an end-to-end contractor/vendor workflow.
