UX Case Study — Simplifying a Chatbot Builder
Overview:- This project focuses on redesigning a complex desktop form into a simple, mobile-first experience for faster onboarding.
Problem:- The original form was long, cluttered, and hard to complete—especially on mobile. Users faced too many inputs at once, leading to confusion and drop-offs.
Goal:-
Create a smooth and intuitive flow that: Reduces friction, Speeds up completion, Works seamlessly on mobile
Solution:- I transformed the long form into a step-by-step flow: Broke the process into smaller, focused screens, Simplified inputs and grouped related fields, Added clear hierarchy and guidance, Designed for mobile-first usability
Result:- Faster and easier onboarding, Reduced cognitive load, Cleaner and more scalable experience.
