I built a Notion agent that tells you if a client is worth taking — before you say yes Most freelancers say yes too fast.
You get an inquiry, you get excited, you say yes — and two weeks later you're dealing with scope creep, a client who "knows it when they sees it", and a budget that doesn't cover the actual work.
The problem isn't the project. It's the intake.

I built Scout — a Notion Custom Agent that analyzes every new client inquiry in seconds and scores it Green, Yellow, or Red before you commit.
It looks at both sides:
CLIENT SIGNALS → Is the budget realistic? → Is the timeline possible? → Is the scope defined? → Is there a real decision maker? → Are there communication red flags?
YOUR FIT → Do you actually do this type of work? → Is the budget above your minimum rate? → Do you have capacity right now? → Does it match your portfolio goals?

GREEN → Scout creates the project automatically, loads starter tasks with due dates, saves the client record, and drafts the response email.
YELLOW → Project goes on hold. Scout gives you the exact questions to ask before committing.
RED → No project created. Client record saved for future reference. Decline email ready to copy.

Built inside Freelance Smart Hub — a complete client management system in Notion with 7 databases: Client Intake, Risk Reports, Projects, Tasks, Clients, Red Flags Library, and Freelancer Services.
The Red Flags Library is fully customizable — add your own patterns and Scout learns from them.
