I usually love the stuff Contra puts out, but this is giving me pause.
Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but it does seem like this initiative is using human creatives to train our own AI replacements under the guise of improving our workflow.
But if businesses can outsource taste to machines for cheaper, why would they need humans?
And I'm not some AI naysayer—I use it a lot in my own work, and my thoughts surrounding it tend to be very nuanced.
But this feels off to me. I can see the appeal, but I'm not so sure that gives it merit.
