The video moves through three beats: the transformation (violet pigment dripping onto the peony), the process (rich foam building on the bottle, warm-to-cool light contrast), and the result (a woman holding her own hair, sleek and luminous). Together they tell the shampoo's entire promise — problem, correction, payoff — without a single line of copy.

Every frame is AI-generated and directed shot by shot: lighting, texture, motion, and color grading built specifically to carry that emotional arc from warm to cool, from raw to refined.

A self-initiated exploration of how AI-driven visuals can expand the range of beauty assets available to a brand, starting from clean studio-style references and pushing them into more editorial, surreal territory while keeping product and character consistency across the full set.

Workflow: Base images built in Flora using a node-based setup. One node for the master composition, additional nodes for scale variants, detailcrops, and the studio-reference version. Character, makeup and lighting kept consistent across the set through the same reference chain. Final color, retouch and finishing in the Adobe suite.

Ripple started with one question, what does water actually do to ostrich leather. Every frame in this campaign was built entirely with AI, from the packaging shot through the splash in motion, no camera, no studio, no water damage to a real bag. This is what AI production can look like when it is treated like a real shoot instead of a shortcut.
