Designed, architected, and launched the MVP for MyPoolDesigner.ai, an AI-powered platform that helps pool builders, landscape designers, and homeowners visualize custom backyard transformations in minutes instead of weeks.
The platform combines cutting-edge generative AI with an intuitive workflow, allowing users to:
Generate photorealistic pool and outdoor living concepts from a single photo.
Instantly explore multiple design variations.
Create presentation-ready visuals for clients.
Produce AI-generated videos that bring concepts to life.
Streamline the sales and design process while reducing time spent on revisions.
As founder and lead developer, I oversaw the product from concept to MVP, including product strategy, UX/UI design, frontend and backend development, AI model integration, prompt engineering, infrastructure, and deployment.
This project demonstrates my ability to take an idea from a blank canvas to a production-ready SaaS product by combining software engineering, artificial intelligence, and user-centered design.
Tech Stack: React, Node.js, AI image generation, AI video generation, cloud infrastructure, REST APIs, prompt engineering, and modern web technologies.
