Hi @Suzy Jin I’d like to follow up on the 8,000 free credits for the CapCut World LA Challenge. I submitted the form on October 16, 2026, but I haven’t received the credits yet.
Could you please confirm whether my claim is still being processed? Also, could the delay be because I submitted the form over the weekend, and will the credits be processed on the next business day?
