Kubernetes on AWS: a managed EKS cluster serving a load-balanced web app, built and torn down cleanly.
eksctl provisions the EKS control plane and a managed worker node. Kubernetes manifests deploy NGINX with three replicas, and a LoadBalancer service puts it behind an AWS load balancer. I validated the pods, the service and the live page in a browser, then deleted the cluster so nothing kept billing.
For a small business, this is the step from "it runs on one server" to an app that can scale and recover, without paying for idle infrastructure. Code is on my GitHub: github.com/nujabesploo/aws-eks-production-platform

I Built "North OS", a business operating system for entrepreneurs.
North OS combines CRM, business planning, AI coaching, goals, tasks, achievements, community and business progression into one platform. Each business gets its own evolving business tower, which grows as the user makes real progress, turning otherwise abstract business milestones into something visual and motivating.
The platform addresses a key challenge for entrepreneurs: managing the many moving parts of building a business while staying focused on what actually matters. Instead of simply storing leads and tasks, North is designed to help users understand what they need to do next, track their progress, learn, connect with other entrepreneurs, and actually see their business develop over time — all within a beautifully designed, responsive experience.
The business tower is an interesting way to make progress feel tangible. With so much in one platform, what do you get a new user to do first?
Currently we're building a new web platform case study for CodeNest, a DevOps & deployment management platform.
Still under brainstorming with the team, but this is one of the directions we’ve been exploring for the platform's brand showcase.
The idea was to avoid the usual chaotic CLI terminal aesthetic and build something that feels more structured, scannable, and visually organized across modern displays.
We’ve been playing with modular build tracking grids, in-browser source code inspection (package.json), Open Graph SEO debuggers, and nostalgic retro tech staging (vintage Macintosh hardware and CRT screens) contrasted against clean light-mode UI dashboards.
