Your calendar is full. Your inbox is louder. The reports can wait until “later” — and later never comes.
I take that pile and run it: inbox, calendar, travel, CRM, quotes, Excel, AR/AP. Eleven years in business ops on Salesforce, NetSuite, and Zuora, so the details hold up when someone asks.
Los Angeles. Any time zone.
$35/hr — email and data entry
$50/hr — calendar, travel, inbox, AR/AP, reports
$65/hr — all of it, plus judgment and a finance-literate second brain
Book the Remote Personal Assistant service. Send the first messy week. I’ll send back a quieter one.
I provide reliable Data Entry, Web Research, and Virtual Assistant services. I can organize and enter data accurately, research information online, manage spreadsheets, and handle administrative tasks. I pay close attention to detail, follow instructions carefully, and aim to deliver accurate work on time.
I use Lovable every. Single. Day. Weekends included. 😂
So when my favorite AI builder teams up with Contra for a competition, there’s no “should I enter?” Of course I’m in.
The challenge: take a small business from “can I book?” to “you’re confirmed” without the owner spending half their day chasing messages.
This one hits close to home. I’ve already built a booking flow for my own brand, pmcosta.dev, and reused it across multiple side projects. Because booking an appointment shouldn’t require twelve messages and a calendar negotiation.
Now I get to take that experience and push it further. Not just a nice-looking widget, but something that actually takes work off a business owner’s plate.
For this one, I focused on local restaurants in New York and automated the process of collecting their business information from Google Maps.
The workflow pulls things like:
Restaurant name
Website
Business category
Instead of manually searching Google Maps, opening businesses one by one, and copying their details into a spreadsheet, the workflow handles the repetitive part automatically and saves the leads directly into Google Sheets.
This is just one use case. The same setup can be adapted for different locations, industries, and lead-generation needs.
