🚀 I Built an Enterprise AI that Qualifies Leads in 30 Seconds - While Others Take Hours!
This is my end-to-end Lead Qualification & Multi-CRM Automation Pipeline - Built on n8n.
THE PROBLEM:
B2B teams lose 70% of leads because of slow response, manual enrichment, and broken CRM updates. Leads go cold in hours.
MY 3-LAYER OS ARCHITECTURE:
INGESTION & ENRICHMENT LAYER
→ Webhook captures inbound leads at high-frequency
→ Wait Node controls rate-limiting to avoid API bans
→ Apollo.io API enriches: Headcount, Industry, Decision-maker, Verified Email
MULTI-LLM QUALIFICATION BRAIN
→ Primary: Anthropic Claude - Scores intent, budget, priority
→ Secondary: Google Gemini - Writes hyper-personalized pitch for Tier-1 leads
→ 3-Way Dispatcher:
🔥 HOT: Gemini auto-generates & sends via Gmail instantly
☀️ WARM: Auto warm nurture sequence
❄️ COLD: Retargeting log + Telegram alert to rep
DUAL-CRM SYNC
→ HubSpot: Real-time upsert (no duplicates ever)
→ Airtable: Data warehouse for reporting & analytics dashboard
⚡ RESULTS:
✅ Response Time: Hours → 30 Seconds
✅ Conversion: 3X Uplift
✅ Rep Bandwidth Saved: 15+ hrs/week
✅ Zero Manual CRM Entry
🛠️ STACK: n8n | Anthropic Claude | Google Gemini | Apollo.io | HubSpot | Airtable | Gmail | Telegram
This is not a workflow - It's your entire SDR team on autopilot.

For the HubSpot and Airtable sync, I'd record which writes succeeded so an Airtable retry doesn't send the Gmail pitch again. Does your retry path resume the failed step, or rerun qualification and outreach?
Continuing to build Rendr in public and it's been a blast!
Rendr is the Mac app I'm building for freelancers: find the work, win the work, get paid. It's local-first, so your clients and your money never leave your Mac.
Since the beta opened, 11 updates have already gone out to testers.
A few highlights:
• Website audits now close cookie banners before measuring, run an accessibility check, and write the pitch email in English or the site's own language, with a toggle to select between native language or English
• The job finder follows the kinds of work you pick, and cleans itself up when you change them
• Follow-up reminders can be turned off, either for everything or for a single application
• Subscriptions now understand intro/discount pricing, like a domain's discounted first year, and gives reminders for when the updated subscription price kicks in
Over the next two weeks, four things that came straight from tester feedback:
A remote region filter, so "remote (US only)" stops filling the list for people outside the US
Job applications written in the job posting's language
Previewing a job or lead without leaving the Command page
Adding your own job board preferences
The best part of this beta so far: a tester tells me what's in their way, and a fix ships within days.
If you freelance and want to try it, request beta access at gorendr.com
Any and all feedback welcome!

Rendr: find the work, win the work, get paid
A private Mac app for freelancers. Rendr finds jobs that fit you, helps you pitch and propose, and keeps track of who owes you. Your data stays on your Mac.
Not every business needs to be on every platform.
There's a lot of advice telling business owners to be everywhere.
Build a website.
Grow on Instagram.
Start a newsletter.
Automate everything.
Add a CRM.
Before long, managing the platforms becomes another job in itself.
But more platforms don't automatically mean more clients.
A wellness coach with a strong referral network and a well-managed email list may not need to spend hours creating daily TikTok videos.
A healthcare practice may get more value from a useful website, a straightforward booking process, and consistent follow-ups than from trying to maintain five social media accounts.
The right setup depends on how your business attracts clients, how you serve them, and what you can realistically maintain.
I'd rather see a business use three tools well than seven tools inconsistently.
The goal isn't to do everything. It's to make the things you choose work together.
What do you think: are businesses spreading themselves too thin trying to keep up with every platform?
