Giving a 20-Year-Old Local Printing Business the Digital Glow-Up It Deserves
For the #GiveItAGlow challenge, I partnered with Manos Gráfica, a real printing company in Brazil with more than 20 years of experience, to redesign its digital presence and create a website the business could genuinely use every day.

→ Outdated website that no longer reflected the company's professionalism
→ Limited user experience and outdated visual hierarchy

→ Customers had to manually explain every project through WhatsApp
→ No automation to support customer inquiries

- Automation
One of the biggest challenges for print shops is collecting complete project information before preparing a quotation.
Instead of asking customers to type long WhatsApp messages, I built a guided quotation experience that collects the essential details step by step and automatically generates a structured request.
This reduces repetitive conversations, saves time for both the customer and the business, and allows the team to respond with more accurate quotations.
- Goal
The objective wasn't simply to redesign the website.
It was to create a digital experience that reflects the quality of the company's work, simplifies customer communication and delivers practical value to the business.
This is a live project built for a real company, not a prototype or concept.
The goal was to build something the company could actually start using today.

For the #GiveItAGlow challenge, I chose Snowworld Natural Hair Salon in Ibadan a business already known for great natural hair care but relying on manual processes to manage bookings.
📍 Before
The customer journey looked like this:
Instagram bio link only (no website)
Appointments collected through Google Forms
₦3,000 deposit via manual bank transfer
Staff manually verified payments before confirming bookings
Separate Google Form for apprenticeship applications
No automated appointment reminders
No centralized dashboard for managing bookings
Every booking required manual effort.

I designed and built a complete digital booking experience with Base44, giving Snowworld a modern platform that works for both customers and business owners.
What the new platform includes
