This project show how a small business can stop losing good leads. A web form sends every new lead into a scoring system out of 100, based on budget and how soon they want to start. Each lead is saved in Google Sheets and sorted as Hot, Warm or Cold. For Hot leads, Gemini AI writes a personal follow up email. Before it sends, a check cleans the text, tests the length and confirms the right signature. If anything looks wrong, the email is held for a person to review instead of going out. Every morning at 8, a second workflow emails a summary of the last 24 hours of leads. Built with n8n, Gemini AI, Gmail and Google Sheets.
