Building Bay X Bengal, a B2B data platform for Bangladesh 🇧🇩
One of the projects I’ve really enjoyed building recently is Bay X Bengal, a B2B platform that helps buyers discover Bangladeshi exporters and manufacturers.
The interesting part for me wasn’t just building the directory. It was building the data infrastructure behind it.
The platform is built with Next.js, TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, with custom data pipelines for extraction, cleaning, normalization, validation, and indexing.
I also built systems for search, filtering, ranking, profile completeness, and trust scoring, while combining and cross-checking data from multiple sources.
On the infrastructure side, I manage the deployment environment using Coolify, Linux, Cloudflare, and GitHub, giving me control over the application and deployment workflow.
Today, the platform contains thousands of exporter profiles, categories, and HS codes, and it continues to grow.
It has been a great project for combining full-stack development, data engineering, search systems, and DevOps into one product.

The Last Red Soldier
What if an ancient warrior’s armor held a secret capable of rewriting history?
The Last Red Soldier reimagines the Japanese red samurai armor as a preserved artifact in the year 2226. During a futuristic archaeological examination, researchers discover a hidden inscription connecting the armor to an unknown civilization.
I wanted to merge historical craftsmanship, speculative archaeology, and futuristic museum design into one cinematic story while keeping the original artifact at the heart of the experience.
