New case study: Bridging the Job Referral Gap with ePosting 🚀

Finding the right job is difficult, but getting a trusted referral can be even harder. For this project, I designed a responsive referral marketplace that connects job seekers with professional referrers.

The case study covers how I worked on:

• User onboarding for job seekers and referrers • AI-powered resume parsing • Tailored user profiles and dashboards • Referral request and payment flows • Application progress tracking • Building trust between both sides of the marketplace
