Fixed Underlay Navigation, rebuilt in Next.js + Motion.

Spotted this on `osmo.supply`, originally Webflow only. The nav panel sits fixed on the right side the whole time. When you open the menu, the page slides left to uncover it, then the nav items animate in from x: 50px with a 0.08s stagger. Footer links fade up from y: 20px separately.

Recreating patterns from other tools in React is honestly one of the best ways to understand how they work.
