LeaseRadar – Tampa Rental Market Intelligence Platform
A full-stack rental-market analytics platform that transforms raw economic data (FRED, Zillow, Apartment List) into actionable insights for renters, investors, and real-estate professionals.
My Role
Full-stack architect & developer: built the entire pipeline (ingestion → transformation → validation → API), crafted the FastAPI backend with caching, implemented the Next.js 14 frontend with real-time visualizations, orchestrated workflows with Dagster + Great Expectations and deployed everything on AWS using Docker.
