"Can you make it pop?" usually means "It doesn't feel like us yet."

After years of website projects, I've learned that client requests are often feelings that don't have design words yet:

💬 "Make the logo bigger." → "Will people remember us?" 💬 "It looks a bit empty." → "Is our message strong enough?" 💬 "Can it look like [competitor]?" → "I want to look as credible as them." 💬 "Just one quick change…" → "I've been thinking about this all week."

The job isn't to follow the instruction. It's to find the worry behind it.
