Ok, once again another automation I am proud of. Worked with a customer on Upwork that had a lot of calls and sales proposals, but it was only him and one more team mate. Them 2 alone didn't have time to craft tailored proposals to each of their 8-10 calls per day.
That doesn't seem very feasible if you ask me, especially having to run the follow ups, demos, backend, life, etc.
We created an automation where while he or his teammate was on the call, they can have a form in front of them, fill it out as they chat, and once they finish and submit the form, tailored proposals were sent out to who the were speaking with 1 hour later, AUTOMATICALLY.
