Project Description:
I worked as a sales closer, managing warm inbound leads from the US market who had already expressed interest in the company’s products and services.
I contacted prospects promptly by phone, conducted discovery calls, and identified their needs, priorities, budget, and readiness to move forward.
Using active listening and consultative sales techniques, I clearly communicated the value of the offer, addressed objections, and guided qualified prospects toward confident buying decisions.
I consistently followed up with prospects who needed additional time, maintained accurate lead records in the CRM and Google Sheets, and ensured that every opportunity progressed through the sales pipeline.
My main contribution was building trust quickly, understanding the prospect’s real concerns, and using effective objection handling and closing techniques to convert interested leads into paying clients.
