Toughest for me was a rich text editor that swallowed the first keystroke when it took focus. No error, no crash, the text just published with the first letter missing. It stayed hidden a while precisely because nothing failed loudly. Now I read the field back before submitting....

The Artful Life: A concept redesign for a real expressive-arts counseling practice in Salem and Beverly, MA. I rebuilt their site around the color and warmth they already had, and took every Lighthouse score to 100.

Keeping the practice's existing color and warmth was the right call. On counseling rebuilds, I've found that familiar details help the faster, cleaner site still feel like the same practice.
