OffAgent is a UK property platform that helps homeowners list and manage property sales without using a traditional estate agent, including distribution to major property portals For OffAgent, we focused on improving the seller journey from signup to live listing. We proposed a conversion and operations layer to identify where sellers drop off, streamline listing completion, automate follow-ups, improve portal-sync visibility, and potentially add AI assistance for listing quality, missing information, and seller guidance. We helped shape a product strategy around increasing listing completion, reducing operational friction, and making the homeowner onboarding process more scalable.
