I designed a minimal, mobile-first queue management system for hospitals that reduces patient waiting stress. Patients can book a spot digitally, track their live queue status, receive turn notifications, and show a digital ticket at check-in. Staff get a lightweight dashboard to call the next patient and mark no-shows. Built with a calming, healthcare-focused UI in Figma, this MVP demonstrates how real-time queue management can save time and improve hospital experiences.
