Fictional demonstration of my System X-Ray™ diagnostic process. I mapped a messy lead intake and follow-up workflow, identified breakdowns and root causes such as unclear ownership, scattered information, inconsistent follow-up, and owner bottlenecks, then prioritized the highest-impact improvements before redesigning the system. This demonstrates how I diagnose the real problem first instead of simply treating symptoms.
