I just discovered "Focus Friend" app and I’m obsessed!

WFH has me checking TT 1000 times a day ~

This app has helped me stick to time boxing and carve out sections of my day to hyper focus on projects.

The idea is simple: - You have a lil bean (mine’s named Poo) - Set a timer to stay off your phone while your bean “focuses” - The longer you stay off, the more it knits - You trade the knitwear to decorate your bean’s home

It’s cute, motivating, and actually keeping me off my phone 🤳⚠️
