Built an AI-powered customer support and CRM automation workflow using n8n. The system receives customer requests, extracts important information with AI, determines priority, routes requests automatically, sends email responses, and records customer information in Google Sheets.
This project demonstrates AI automation, workflow logic, CRM integration, data extraction, API/webhook concepts, and automated customer communication.
Having the AI pull key details and then auto route tickets cuts the manual triage step. Logging everything straight into Google Sheets keeps the customer record instantly up to date.
