Construction workers were drawing scaffolding layouts by hand, on paper, on-site. Every drawing looked different. Errors were common. There was no way to share, standardise, or export anything digitally.

The client knew they needed an app but didn't have the team or the process to make it happen. We mapped out every user journey from the field worker's perspective, figured out the algorithm logic for auto-generating layouts, and built a mobile app that does in under 2 minutes what used to take 30+ minutes of manual drawing. Workers now select their project type, enter measurements, and get an accurate layout exportable as a PDF on the spot.
