Me too. It's how I feel most comfortable
A report - no one loves a ticking clock next to his/her head which "motivates" you to be creative...faster.

Best to never pay/be paid by the hour. Horrible system.
It made sense when:
- Work was repetitive
- Output was identical
- Thinking was discouraged
(Like industrial revolution manufacturing)
