Most media buyers obsess over CPM and CPC. I don't. I only care about one metric: cost per landing page view (LPV).
Here's what that focus produced this week for a content creator client:

Here's exactly how we got there.
1. Platform selection over audience selection
Everyone fights over Facebook Feed and Instagram placements. We ignored both. YouTube and Twitter placements consistently delivered 2–3x cheaper LPVs than IG on the same creative. Most media buyers never test this.
2. One creative variable at a time
We ran 8 ad sets simultaneously same targeting, same budget, different creative only. No guessing. The data tells you exactly which clip wins. Best performer this week: 34% CTR at $0.022/LPV.
3. The 20% scaling rule no exceptions
When a winner appears, scale it 20% every 48 hours. Not 50%. Not double. 20%. This keeps the algorithm stable and prevents audience reset. We hit $1,000+/day spend twice this week without a single campaign crash.
4. Geography arbitrage
Same creative. Same page. India placement delivered $0.0037/LPV that's 10x cheaper than the UK version of the same ad. If you're only targeting one country you're leaving volume on the table.
