Hi Everyone!

I’m excited to finally submit my entry for the Cantina Character Challenge.

This is an idea I’ve been pondering, sketching, and drafting for a while, and this challenge finally gave me the right tool and opportunity to bring it to life. I’m a huge fan of pixel art and games, so this project became a fun way to blend those interests with an original character and world I’ve been developing. And here is the result!

Main Character: Klik Klak Series Title: The Last Render Smith of Blockbottom.

The Character: Klik Klak is a 3D voxel goblin-builder living in a pixel world called Blockbottom. He is the only pixel being in his universe capable of making new things exist. Furniture, Pets, Emotions, Other pixel beings, Dreams, Confidence, Excuses, Memories, Personalities, Fame, Revenge, Absolutely anything a customer can think of Klik Klak can build it. And, unfortunately for Klik Klak, customers can think of some truly ridiculous things.

His Big Factors Biggest Flaw: He refuses to admit that he cares about his customers, so he insults them while secretly saving them. Biggest Strength: He understands the real problem hiding underneath even the most ridiculous request. Secret Fear: One day, someone will ask him to build the person who controls their universe.

The background Story: Blockbottom was once an empty grey grid where pixel beings wandered around, waiting for someone unknown to press "Start". Then, one day, a giant invisible cursor appeared in the sky and dropped a single unfinished object, a tiny workbench with a baby voxel sleeping inside a toolbox. The baby had a loading symbol for a heartbeat and a golden cursor for a left hand. Nobody knew who created him. The old pixel villagers raised him, but there was one strange problem "whenever the baby cried, random objects would suddenly spawn around him, Chairs, Frogs, etc. As he grew older, he discovered that he could build anything, and give it a name. Then came "The Great Update. A mysterious cosmic reset deleted half of Blockbottom, including his mentor, "Mama Patch". The woman who taught him one very important lesson, “Every build needs a soul… or at least a return policy.” After the update, Klik Klak opened his workshop on and became the only reason Blockbottom continues to expand.

Every customer request creates something new, Every new creation changes the world, And every ridiculous request may be revealing something much bigger about the world itself.

Why I Created the Series: I already had this idea drafted in my diary, along with several other concepts I’ve been developing for a short series I’d eventually like to start on YouTube. When I saw the theme of this competition, I immediately saw an opportunity to finally pull this idea out of the notebook and bring it into a real visual world.

The series is a blend of: 3D Voxel Absurdist Comedy + Fantasy Sitcom + Mystery + Existential Sci-Fi.

The basic comedy engine is simple: Ridiculous request → Literal build → Unexpected consequence → Savage punchline.

But I don’t want the series to feel restricted by that formula. It’s simply the foundation. The world of Blockbottom is designed to have endless possibilities, because if Klik Klak can build anything someone can imagine, there is practically no limit to the kinds of characters, objects, problems, and completely questionable requests that can show up at his workshop.

My Vision: My first goal with this series is to highlight the functionality and personality of the Hero Character, while also exploring the absurdity of a world where literally anything is possible. I love the idea of taking something as simple as a customer request and asking, “What happens if we take this literally?” That opens the door to endless possibilities, stranger customers, stranger builds, bigger consequences, and hopefully a lot of laughs. At the same time, there is a deeper mystery underneath the comedy that can gradually unfold as the series progresses.

Overall, I genuinely enjoyed working with Cantina Creator Studio, and I had a blast bringing Klik Klak and Blockbottom to life.

Millennials VS Zoomers | Re-ENTRY: Same Character, same pilot, new Cantina!

P.S. It turned out I was being a bit silly—I’d actually just been granted access to the Creator Studio update right as I submitted the first time. I don’t know what else to say except that "Kris is a dummy," but the new update is absolutely magical and I had to remake the pilot! 😂

The Series A stop-motion style dark comedy exploring the ultimate generational clash. It follows Mark, an endlessly anxious millennial raccoon who runs his life like a strict corporate spreadsheet, and Zoye, a fluid Gen Z black cat who operates entirely on "vibes" and internet algorithms.

The Pilot Mark suffers an existential crisis when his meticulously organized mid-century modern walnut desk is threatened by Zoye’s sweating iced matcha latte. While Mark dives in slow-motion to save his depreciating asset from permanent water rings, Zoye casually unleashes a robot vacuum on his tax receipts, advising him to simply "let the wood experience the moisture."

Where you would take the series next Beyond the pilot, "Millennials VS Zoomers" will evolve into a continuous roommate comedy that turns mundane adulting into high-stakes absurdity. Future episodes will focus on everyday tasks—like splitting utility bills on Splitwise, setting up a Wi-Fi router, or attempting to cancel a subscription—that spiral into absolute chaos. Mark will endlessly try to apply rigid corporate frameworks to their domestic life, while Zoye will effortlessly solve critical problems using sheer luck or TikTok trends.

The overarching narrative follows their accidental journey of launching a freelance agency together: Mark managing the complex backend operations on the verge of a breakdown, while Zoye becomes the viral front-facing CEO. The aesthetic will consistently rely on tactile, Laika-style macro-photography to emphasize Mark's micro-expressions of panic against Zoye's fluid physical comedy.
