I built an AI-assisted appointment booking system for Glow & Go Studio, a solo beauty salon in Indiranagar, Bengaluru. The goal was to solve the back-and-forth that happens when customers inquire about appointments. Instead of the owner manually checking availability, confirming times, sending reminders, and handling rescheduling, customers can quickly find an available slot and confirm their appointment through the booking experience. The owner also gets a centralized dashboard to manage appointments, pending requests, reminders, and follow-ups. I built it to turn a simple “Can I book?” message into a confirmed appointment while reducing the owner's daily manual workload.

Hello everyone. This is my application, which allows users to book an appointment to change their motorcycle tires.

On the home page, you can see all the different services we offer. If you are not sure which service you need, you can use the assistant, which will recommend the right one.

We also have an AI assistant where you can enter your motorcycle model, and it will suggest suitable tires and specific brands.

After that, you can book an appointment by following the indicated process. First, you choose the tire you want to replace. You can add information about your motorcycle, but this is optional, so we can continue without it.

The app then shows us when we need to choose an available time slot. We select one, and afterwards we receive a confirmation email.

With that email, we also have the option to change or reschedule the appointment if necessary. We can then access some games to play while we wait.

So, this is my application. I hope you like it.
