Building software taught me that writing code is rarely the hardest part.
The real challenge is understanding the business behind it.
While developing hotel platforms and SaaS products, I learned that a technically impressive feature has little value if it doesn’t:
• Reduce repetitive work • Prevent costly mistakes • Make the user’s next action obvious • Produce a measurable business result
This is changing how I approach projects at Atlas Digital Lab.
Before choosing the framework or designing the interface, I now start with one question:
“What real problem should this product eliminate?”
Good software doesn’t simply add more features. It makes complicated work feel simple.
