Happy Feet solves recurring problems, like missed calls, client management and surprise stock-outs by helping the podiatrist with online bookings, auto reminders and suggested reorders that run on their own.
This one is based on a real client of ours: a small podiatry clinic with 2 practitioners. When we sat down with them, three problems kept coming up. They get around 70 phone calls a day, and it's hard to answer the phone during treatment, so many bookings get lost. Every evening someone stays late to remind clients about tomorrow. And supplies run out every week, so they're often stuck waiting for new ones to arrive.
So we built Happy Feet, a fictional version of the clinic, with one rule: reduce admin work.
Clients book, cancel and reschedule online without calling. Reminders go out on their own 24 hours before each visit. When booking, clients can also join a waitlist in case an earlier slot opens up. If someone cancels, the people on that waitlist get an email with a prefilled booking link, so the slot can fill faster.
On the clinic side, every treatment deducts the supplies it uses, an order calculator shows what to reorder based on upcoming appointments, and a supplier receipt can be uploaded for AI to update the stock. Treatment plan clients get a nudge to book their next session, and AI drafts promo emails for the right clients, which the clinic approves before anything is sent. Each morning starts with a short AI brief of the day.
Less time on the phone and the laptop, more time with patients.
For the before/after and walkthrough video, we wanted to try something a bit more creative, so we made a short animated video with Kling that shows a day at the clinic before and after the Happy Feet platform. Hope you enjoy it. 🚀
