I helped lead the development of Heap’s Integrations Marketplace, a 0→1 customer-facing product that centralized how users discover, evaluate, and configure integrations.
I owned significant frontend implementation across the marketplace experience, including the directory, integration detail pages, setup flows, and reusable UI patterns that supported a growing catalog of integrations. The work required balancing product clarity, scalability, and ease of use while collaborating closely with design and cross-functional stakeholders.
The finished experience gave customers a much more intuitive way to find and activate integrations directly inside Heap, and it contributed to roughly 20% increased adoption of integrations.

🤔 The problem was simple: new users opened the app, saw an empty workspace and had no idea where to start. So I turned the home page into a place that tells you what to do next. It allows to pick a template and you're set up in one click, follow a short checklist to finish onboarding, and check your inbox to see who's working on what without digging through boards.
Great fix for empty workspaces. Any plans to add a step-by-step walkthrough on first login to guide them through each section?
UTARA
A music platform for independent Indonesian artists. An artist uploads a release, it goes live on the platform, and listeners find it through artist pages and the catalogue. Payments run through Duitku, and the whole thing runs on the edge, so catalogue pages stay fast without a server to babysit.

It is early and I am building it in the open, so the parts that exist are the ones people actually asked for.
Shared this upload component yesterday, then caught a tiny hitch in the recording.
At 0.25x, the row disappeared just before the container resized. Changed it so each row collapses its own height and the container follows.
Also shows fail/retry + offline/resume.
