AFTER CHRISTMAS is a 30-second one-take AI short film created for the CapCut Seedance 2.5 Video Challenge.
The film explores how a seemingly ordinary Christmas night can gradually become unsettling, told entirely through a single continuous camera movement.
The challenge was to maintain spatial, character and prop continuity throughout the entire shot while allowing the camera to naturally discover the story.
No cuts. No dissolves. No camera resets.

I used to think the secret to better AI video was writing longer prompts.
This project changed how I approach prompting.
I took one of my actual Seedance 2.5 prompts and broke it apart. What looked like one detailed prompt was actually several different shots, camera movements, actions, and cinematic directions competing for the model's attention.
So I started treating AI video prompts more like shot direction:
SHOT → SUBJECT → ACTION → ENVIRONMENT → CAMERA → MOTION → LOOK → CONSTRAINTS
In this walkthrough, I show the real process, including how I structure the prompt, generate the scene, identify what isn't working, and refine the instructions.
The lesson is simple:
Don't make the prompt longer. Make the instructions clearer.
Think like a director, not a novelist.

A still-life campaign for ARGEA, an artisanal jewelry brand.
The visual direction explores the jewelry through sculptural compositions, materiality and light, creating a refined and contemporary visual language for the pieces.
The campaign focuses on the relationship between form, texture and craftsmanship, transforming the jewelry into the central element of each composition.
My role: Creative Direction, Art Direction & Visual Development.
