On a recent project needed a way to zoom into images, so I built a click-to-zoom component in Webflow.
Click to open, click to zoom in, drag around, and swipe through grouped images.
It works for a single image, an image gallery, or a whole card with content, where clicking anywhere on the card opens the zoom.
You upload one image. It creates the smaller sizes for the page, and the lightbox only loads a sharper version as you zoom.
No Lightbox element, no interactions. Just one reusable component and a few attributes.
